About the role
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical talent including Field Service Technicians and engineers. Drive hiring for a fast-scaling company with high ownership and impact.
What you’ll do
• Own recruiting end to end from intake to close. • Hunt for top 10% technical talent proactively. • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring criteria. • Source passive candidates via advanced search and referrals. • Build pipelines ahead of demand and map new geographies.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years full-cycle recruiting experience. • Proven sourcing mastery with employed professionals. • Ability to identify and sell to A-Players. • Experience partnering with hiring managers. • Ownership mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
