About the role
Help customers evaluate and adopt Dropbox products with technical depth and commercial judgement. Design API integrations and support full sales cycle from discovery to deployment planning.
What you’ll do
• Partner with sales teams to translate customer requirements into solutions. • Lead technical discovery, demos, pilots, and proofs of concept. • Design and validate API-based integrations and workflows. • Deliver technical training to sales and channel partners. • Ensure effective handover to Customer Success and Channel teams.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles. • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and scripting languages. • Strong expertise in SaaS applications and integrations. • Experience with large-scale IT projects and enterprise deployments. • Strong communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
