About the role
The Senior Technical Writer creates and maintains technical documentation including requirements, solution design, and operating models. They translate complex technical decisions and diagrams into clear, accurate documents for technical and non-technical audiences.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on technical solutions. • Produce and maintain requirements and design documentation. • Create and update architecture and technical diagrams. • Ensure documentation meets accessibility standards. • Maintain version control and formatting consistency.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Submit writing and diagram work samples. • Ability to read and produce technical diagrams. • Strong written communication and organizational skills. • Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence preferred.
