About the role
Responsible for developing and administering compensation programs across EMEA. Leads compensation projects and supports Benefits and HRIS initiatives for effective delivery.
What you’ll do
• Evaluate roles using Mercer’s job evaluation methodology. • Develop and review job descriptions and job architecture. • Advise HR and leaders on compensation policy and pay decisions. • Lead market pricing studies and maintain salary structures. • Run EMEA merit, promotion, bonus and equity processes.
What you’ll bring
• 5-7 years compensation or related HR experience. • Experience with job evaluation and market benchmarking. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field. • Advanced Excel and reporting skills. • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
