What you’ll do
• Launch paid acquisition for new online master’s degree programs. • Own acquisition strategy, budgets, and campaign execution. • Build and scale acquisition funnels from ad impression to enrollment. • Optimize for qualified prospects and customer acquisition cost. • Develop and test hypotheses on audiences, messaging, and creatives.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in performance marketing with Meta and Google Ads experience. • Experience with high-ticket B2C product acquisition. • Manage monthly ad budgets of $50,000–$100,000+. • Strong hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads expertise. • Full-funnel analytical skills and CRM data usage.
