About the role
Lead UX research to uncover user needs and influence product strategy focused on Nigerian markets. Collaborate with teams to design accessible and impactful financial products.
What you’ll do
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research across product lifecycle. • Use interviews, ethnographic studies, usability testing, and surveys. • Synthesize data into actionable insights and frameworks. • Stay updated on fintech and consumer trends in Nigeria. • Present findings to stakeholders to drive product improvements.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in UX or product research with B2C digital products. • Deep experience researching Nigerian and African markets. • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods. • Hands-on with UserTesting, Maze, Typeform or similar tools. • Proven ability to translate insights into business frameworks.
