About the role
Lead strategic UX research and strategy from ambiguous briefs to implementation using AI. Influence executive decisions with actionable insights and prototypes.
What you’ll do
• Lead end-to-end research and strategy work streams. • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape customer experiences. • Challenge briefs and identify risks proactively. • Present decision-driving insights to VP/SVP-level stakeholders. • Design and lead workshops and co-creation sessions.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in UX research, strategy, or service design. • Strong mixed-methods research toolkit. • Experience influencing senior stakeholders. • Ability to prototype and visualize strategic directions. • Practical AI-native workflows in research and strategy.
