About the role

What you’ll do
• Lead global commercial legal strategy and privacy risk frameworks. • Negotiate complex global enterprise agreements. • Own global privacy program and data protection risk. • Advise senior leaders on commercial and privacy risks. • Lead multi-jurisdictional legal team and operations.
What you’ll bring
• J.D. degree and bar membership in good standing. • 15+ years legal experience with senior leadership. • Hands-on contract drafting and negotiation experience. • Experience advising executive leadership on risk and strategy. • Deep knowledge of privacy laws and cross-border agreements.
