Own call quality and routing across global calling corridors, optimizing daily and long-term trends. Manage routing zones, codes, and origins while working cross-functionally to automate processes and improve user experience.

• Own call quality end to end. • Manage zones, codes, and call origins. • Update routing multiple times daily. • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams. • Move routing toward automation.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with international A-Z calling and telco routing. • NOC or technical support background. • Familiarity with routing/testing platforms. • Technical literacy in SIP signalling and SBC concepts. • Process driven and hands-on approach.
