About the role
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting weighing equipment while delivering excellent customer service and technical support.
What you’ll do
• Install weighing scales and weighbridges at customer sites. • Troubleshoot faults and provide reliable technical solutions. • Train customer personnel on machine operation and maintenance. • Repair, test, and carry out preventive maintenance on equipment. • Provide customers with regular reports and feedback on service activities.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum B.Eng/B.Sc/HND in Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering. • Willingness to travel extensively for field assignments. • Proven experience diagnosing and repairing electromechanical or electronic equipment. • Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills. • Ability to work independently and solve problems resourcefully.
