About the role
Provide technical service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning support for industrial equipment at customer sites. Ensure maximum equipment performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and automation issues. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. • Support equipment installation and commissioning. • Provide technical consultation and training to customers. • Maintain service records and ensure safety compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering or related field. • 3-5 years field service experience with industrial equipment. • Strong mechanical and automation troubleshooting skills. • Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics. • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
