About the role
Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers at Kuda's experience centre. Resolve disputes face-to-face and support financial inclusion through branch operations.
What you’ll do
• Welcome and attend to walk-in customers courteously. • Handle inquiries on accounts, transactions, and digital products. • Guide customers through onboarding and KYC documentation. • Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary. • Support branch operations and maintain customer records.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in related field. • NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter. • Proficiency with digital/mobile applications. • 1-3 years experience in customer service or banking. • Knowledge of KYC and AML compliance.
