What you’ll do
• Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow modules. • Map business processes and propose workflow improvements. • Design solutions with developers and architects. • Develop user stories and documentation. • Coordinate user acceptance testing and support change management.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years as Business Analyst, 3+ years with ServiceNow. • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with ITIL frameworks. • ServiceNow certifications preferred.
