• Review, draft and negotiate various legal agreements. • Work with stakeholders to resolve contractual issues. • Ensure adherence to company policies and standards. • Update study teams on contract status. • Manage contract files and databases.
What you’ll bring
• Graduate or postgraduate degree. • 5+ years in CRO/healthcare contract negotiation. • Experience with Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and in teams.
