About the role
Manage and execute construction projects on site, ensuring work meets standards and stays on schedule. Coordinate trades, enforce safety, and report progress to the Project Manager.
What you’ll do
• Manage sites from mobilisation to completion. • Prepare execution plans and check work sequencing. • Read and implement architectural, structural and MEP drawings. • Track progress and report delays with recovery plans. • Enforce health and safety rules and carry out safety checks.
What you’ll bring
• Degree or HND in Building Engineering or related field. • At least five years hands-on site experience. • Ability to read and interpret full construction drawings. • Proven authority supervising site workers and subcontractors. • Disciplined approach to safety and documentation.
