About the role
The SME Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing loan portfolios to meet revenue and profitability goals. They provide strategic marketing plans and ensure timely repayment to mitigate credit risk.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Provide strategic and marketing plans to meet revenue goals. • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of deals. • Respond promptly to customer enquiries. • Monitor and manage loan portfolios for timely repayment.
What you’ll bring
• HND or B.Sc in Marketing or relevant field. • Minimum 3 years experience in SME banking. • Proven track record in sourcing and closing business loans. • Good interpersonal and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
