About the role
This role drives demand for MSI Nigeria's reproductive health services through community mobilization and behaviour change communication. It supports tailored service delivery and stakeholder engagement to increase service uptake.
What you’ll do
• Plan and execute community entry and stakeholder engagement activities. • Lead capacity building for community-based organizations. • Develop and implement demand generation and marketing strategies. • Engage with government, traditional, and religious leaders for advocacy. • Ensure data quality, reporting, and referral tracking.
What you’ll bring
• First Degree in any discipline. • Minimum 3 years post-NYSC experience in strategic communications. • Experience in CSO management and community engagement. • Ability to manage remote teams and communicate effectively. • Strong advocacy, leadership, and change management skills.
