About the role
The Soft Services Manager oversees daily delivery and performance of cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and waste management services on site. The role leads teams and subcontractors to ensure quality, compliance, and cost control within budget.
What you’ll do
• Lead delivery of cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and waste management. • Plan and supervise cleaning and maintenance schedules. • Manage and develop soft services team and supervisors. • Oversee specialist subcontractors ensuring compliance and value. • Implement quality assurance and close out defects.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree required. • 8-10 years relevant experience. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Knowledge of HSE and infection control standards. • Experience managing budgets and procurement.
