About the role
Develop and maintain backend services for messaging, notifications, location, and subscriptions. Own features end-to-end from design to deployment and iteration.
What you’ll do
• Design, build, and deploy backend services and event-driven pipelines. • Improve reliability and delivery rates of messaging systems. • Integrate with third-party platforms like Braze and Amazon Pinpoint. • Plan, develop, deploy, measure, and iterate features. • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years professional software engineering experience. • Strong Java coding skills and microservices knowledge. • Experience with asynchronous, event-driven systems. • Hands-on use of AI coding tools in workflows. • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
