About the role
Solve complex problems for Ramp's largest customers by delivering end-to-end software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand Ramp's product capabilities and growth.
What you’ll do
• Deliver software meeting largest customers' needs. • Understand user pain points and scope product specs. • Build agents that autonomously implement solutions. • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Account Management. • Drive core product engineering roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years software engineering experience preferred. • Experience building with and for agents. • Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale. • Comfortable being customer-facing. • Desire to grow and master craft in fast-paced environment.
