About the role
Build and improve long-horizon AI agents that pursue complex business outcomes across multiple channels. Develop reusable systems and solve complex technical problems to shape the Horizon product platform.
What you’ll do
• Create feedback loops and evaluation systems for agent self-improvement. • Design and ship agents for long-term business outcomes. • Build reusable systems and tools for faster agent deployment. • Solve complex problems across orchestration, data, and multi-channel engagement. • Translate validated solutions into durable product capabilities.
What you’ll bring
• Experience building and scaling production systems. • Strong platform and systems engineering fundamentals. • Ability to move between customer problems and technical implementation. • At least two years professional software engineering experience. • Experience with Python, TypeScript, Go, and React.
