About the role
Join OpenAI's Infrastructure Security team to design and build critical security services for AI supercomputing environments. Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of core infrastructure supporting AI research and production.
What you’ll do
• Architect production-grade security services. • Partner with engineers to embed security in compute clusters. • Develop automation and detection tooling. • Drive initiatives like encryption and network isolation. • Lead design reviews and threat models.
What you’ll bring
• Strong software engineering in Python, Go, Rust, or C/C++. • Experience with critical security infrastructure. • Deep understanding of security principles and vulnerabilities. • Expertise in securing large-scale cloud platforms. • Familiarity with Kubernetes and modern auth standards.
