About the role
Build and evolve features that deepen member engagement and drive retention. Own projects end-to-end from architecture to front-end experiences.
What you’ll do
• Design and scale backend and front-end membership features. • Build APIs and UI components for mobile app. • Partner with cross-functional teams to define experiments. • Apply metrics-driven decision-making. • Prioritize efforts based on member and business impact.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years software development experience. • Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks. • Familiarity with React, React Native, or TypeScript. • Product mindset with experimentation focus. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
