About the role
Build and ship full-stack people and performance products that support company culture and scaling. Develop backend services, APIs, and front ends for talent and people data integration.
What you’ll do
• Build full-stack products from front end to backend services. • Design APIs and data structures connecting HR and performance data. • Develop clean, intuitive front ends for leaders and managers. • Manage engineering foundations like repos and CI/CD pipelines. • Incorporate AI tools thoughtfully into systems.
What you’ll bring
• 4 to 5 years of full-stack engineering experience. • Strong skills in TypeScript, React, Python, or Node. • Experience building production-grade APIs and data pipelines. • Ability to write maintainable, reliable, and performant code. • Empathy and care for sensitive people data.
