Provide software support for complex conveyor and robotics systems. Troubleshoot WMS/WES/WCS issues and build lasting customer relationships.

• Serve as SME on WMS/WES/WCS. • Remote into customers' automation systems. • Evaluate system downtime and review logs. • Troubleshoot Linux environments and networks. • Communicate effectively with customers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. • 2+ years with WMS, WCS, WES systems. • Familiarity with warehouse distribution. • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
