Software Support Engineer

About the role
Provide hands-on technical support for vehicle software and hardware in production and development environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve vehicle system issues.
What you’ll do
• Support internal development, fleet, production, and customer vehicles. • Troubleshoot vehicle software and hardware readiness. • Perform diagnostic analysis using DTCs, telemetry, CANoe, CANalyzer. • Support ECU flashing, reprogramming, and bootloader interaction. • Create and maintain issue reports and support closure.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline. • 2-5 years relevant professional experience. • Experience with CAN bus systems and vehicle diagnostics. • Knowledge of UDS diagnostic services and CAN, CAN-FD, LIN protocols. • Ability to participate in on-call rotation one weekend per month.
