About the role
Provide expert-level technical guidance to customers integrating Fastly products. Support onboarding, configuration, migration, and training to ensure optimal use of Fastly services.
What you’ll do
• Integrate Fastly into customer systems during onboarding. • Design and build technical solutions using VCL, Go, Rust, JavaScript. • Provide guidance on features and performance tuning. • Write and present training materials. • Build Proof Of Concepts with Sales Engineers.
What you’ll bring
• Proficiency in CDN and WAF technologies. • Expert knowledge of HTTP and web applications. • Troubleshooting TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, TLS protocols. • Basic coding in Go, JavaScript, or Rust. • Experience as customer-facing technical consultant.
