Help grow Infisical’s customer base and ensure seamless product experience from onboarding to long-term success. Work closely with CEO, sales, and engineering teams to drive adoption and expand product usage.
What you’ll do
• Run proof-of-concept with leads and guide onboarding. • Ensure new customers are activated and satisfied. • Become trusted technical advisor to customers. • Lead demo and discovery calls with account executives. • Provide feedback to product roadmap based on customer needs.
