About the role
The Solutions Engineer acts as a business-technical advisor to help customers navigate software choices and align platform functionality with strategic goals. They facilitate technical discussions and ensure seamless integration of the Theatro platform into customer environments.
What you’ll do
• Translate customer obstacles into technical requirements. • Assess feasibility and fit of proposed solutions. • Advise on architectural paths and usage strategies. • Maintain technical alignment and clarity. • Partner with sales and internal teams.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years customer engagement in technical sales. • Knowledge of technical sales processes. • Experience with SaaS and HaaS. • Working knowledge of Wi-Fi and IP networking. • Familiarity with APIs and integration approaches.
