Partner with Sales and Customer Engineering as a technical expert to solve database challenges. Lead technical discovery, design migrations, and create educational content for customers.
What you’ll do
• Partner with Sales and Customer Engineering pre- and post-sales. • Lead technical discovery matching customer objectives. • Design and execute proof of value timelines. • Design and execute database migration strategies. • Create educational content and collaborate with Product and Engineering.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years hands-on MySQL or PostgreSQL experience. • Experience with major cloud providers. • Proven success in customer-facing technical roles. • Strong understanding of database migration strategies. • Ability to write scripts in Python, Go, or JavaScript.
