About the role
Coordinate the Inclusion and Learning Support Department to support students with special educational needs. Collaborate with staff and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans.
What you’ll do
• Establish and manage Inclusion and Learning Support Department. • Identify and track students with special educational needs. • Develop and review Individualized Education Programs. • Collaborate with teachers to adapt curricula. • Act as primary contact for families of vulnerable students.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field. • Qualification in SEND or school counseling. • Minimum five years experience as SEND Coordinator or similar. • Experience in International Baccalaureate or International School. • Strong ICT and communication skills.
