About the role
Provide regulatory research, legal interpretation and standards advisory support across corporate, industrial, infrastructure and sustainability engagements.
What you’ll do
• Interpret relevant national regulations and international standards. • Advise on contractual, confidentiality and information-governance considerations. • Prepare compliance obligations matrices and regulatory risk assessments. • Review project-related legal requirements, permits and contractual compliance obligations. • Support regulatory due diligence, standards alignment and compliance improvement programmes.
What you’ll bring
• LEB. and B.L. qualifications for legal advisory. • Preferably 6+ years in regulatory, corporate or compliance advisory. • Experience in environmental, infrastructure or compliance advisory. • Professionals in technical standards may be engaged separately. • Legal practice qualifications relevant to assigned duties.
