About the role
Provide senior-level L2/L3 engineering support for AI-powered solutions in production environments. Diagnose incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and improve platform reliability.
What you’ll do
• Own and resolve complex P1/P2 incidents. • Diagnose AI agent workflows and LLM integrations. • Analyze Snowflake and AWS environments. • Perform code-level debugging and fixes. • Collaborate with engineering and business teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field. • 8-12 years in Software or Platform Engineering. • Strong Python, SQL, REST API skills. • Experience with AWS and Snowflake. • Knowledge of AI frameworks and observability tools.
