About the role
The Splunk Engineer deploys, administers, and supports a distributed Splunk environment at enterprise scale to protect SpaceX's systems and mission.
What you’ll do
• Deploy and support distributed Splunk environment. • Standardize deployment with automation. • Monitor logging platform performance and capacity. • Write complex SPLs for dashboards and alerts. • Troubleshoot Splunk instances and forwarders.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years administering or implementing Splunk. • Experience writing complex regex for field mappings. • Experience with Puppet, Ansible, or automation frameworks. • Must work onsite, no remote or hybrid. • Must meet U.S. Government export regulations.
