About the role
Lead daily operations of the SPOC department ensuring compliant, efficient, and customer-focused loss mitigation services. Provide strategic leadership to supervisors and staff to achieve business objectives.
What you’ll do
• Manage daily SPOC operations through supervisors and staff. • Ensure compliance with investor and company requirements. • Develop and implement departmental strategies. • Coach and develop SPOC Supervisors and leaders. • Monitor performance and implement improvements.
What you’ll bring
• High School Diploma or equivalent. • 6-8 years mortgage servicing or related experience. • 5+ years leadership managing supervisors or teams. • Strong knowledge of loss mitigation and foreclosure prevention. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
