About the role
Lead customer onboarding and implementation for growth and commercial customers. Drive configuration workshops and ensure customers achieve value quickly and confidently.
What you’ll do
• Lead 15+ concurrent customer implementations. • Conduct architecture discovery sessions. • Configure CRM and data warehouse integrations. • Drive customer milestones and enablement training. • Identify patterns and improve playbooks.
What you’ll bring
• 2-4 years SaaS implementation or similar experience. • Hands-on CRM knowledge (Salesforce/HubSpot). • Familiarity with B2B GTM ecosystem. • Strong facilitation and communication skills. • Excellent organization and time management.
