About the role
Lead design and implementation of scalable backend services for speech processing and compute orchestration. Drive high impact products from start to finish with a focus on performance and user experience.
What you’ll do
• Improve core inference services including networking and audio transcoding. • Develop processes to measure and optimize system performance. • Debug complex system issues in networking and computing. • Customize backend services to support customer needs. • Partner with Product to design and implement new features.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years industry experience. • Programming in Rust or C/C++ with Python competence. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Experience with version control, preferably git. • Comprehensive UNIX-style systems knowledge.
