About the role
Lead bioinformatics design and development for genomic assay products. Ensure regulatory compliance and optimize NGS data analysis workflows.
What you’ll do
• Lead bioinformatics design and validation for assay development. • Develop scalable NGS data analysis workflows using AWS. • Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams. • Ensure compliance with CAP/CLIA, FDA, IVDR standards. • Provide mentorship to junior bioinformatics team members.
What you’ll bring
• PhD or MS in bioinformatics or related field. • 6-7 years experience in bioinformatics analysis and pipeline development. • Strong knowledge of NGS technologies and library preparation. • Proficiency in Python and AWS bioinformatics workflows. • Experience with regulatory standards and documentation.
