About the role
The Senior Business Analyst serves as the liaison between Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to deliver data and analytics initiatives supporting pharmaceutical commercialization. They manage project delivery, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure timely delivery of data engineering solutions.
What you’ll do
• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements. • Translate requirements into Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risks. • Lead Agile delivery using JIRA and coordinate cross-functional teams. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and release planning.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. • 7+ years experience as Business Analyst or similar role. • Experience managing multiple Agile projects. • Knowledge of data engineering concepts and cloud platforms. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
