About the role
Lead development and implementation of advanced PCB production processes for Starlink. Design environmentally friendly chemical recycling and optimize mass production processes.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and equipment. • Analyze production processes using physics-based approach. • Design experiments to diagnose manufacturing problems. • Perform defect analysis and develop yield improvement plans. • Manage machine activation and testing with engineering team.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering. • 3+ years chemical engineering design or system implementation. • Experience with PCB manufacturing processes. • Ability to travel frequently for work. • Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
