About the role
Manage a portfolio of 80-100 customers to improve retention and product adoption. Provide onboarding, training, and technical support to ensure customer success.

What you’ll bring
• Technical experience with Salesforce or Marketing Automation. • Basic understanding of Javascript, HTML, CSS. • 1-2+ years Salesforce proficiency. • Experience with Marketing Automation software. • Strong communication skills.
