About the role
Lead teams building AI services central to the Hims & Hers experience. Own applied AI portfolio including LLM-powered clinical and operational workflows.
What you’ll do
• Lead and grow ML engineers and scientists. • Own strategy for building on frontier LLMs. • Drive design of orchestration and validation for LLM calls. • Direct development of in-house deep learning models. • Set standards for AI service production and rollout.
What you’ll bring
• 14+ years in ML and software engineering. • 8+ years leading ML teams. • Experience shipping ML products at scale. • Deep knowledge of LLM application development. • Strong software architecture and communication skills.
