About the role
Lead HR business partner role focusing on AI solutions and operations to improve HR workflows. Support employee relations and partner with teams to enhance HR processes.
What you’ll do
• Partner with managers and employees across employee lifecycle. • Flag legal and compliance risks in people management. • Build AI-powered HRBP workflows and lead rollout. • Support employee relations and conflict mediation. • Own emergency response playbook and exit projects.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years HR experience with HRBP and AI use. • Comfort experimenting with AI tools and solutions. • Broad HR knowledge including performance and risk management. • Strong communication and mediation skills. • Data literacy and familiarity with HR tech platforms.
