About the role
Lead the UK data science team as a technical and people leader, shaping team culture and roadmap. Collaborate closely with US team and business leaders to deliver impactful data science solutions.
What you’ll do
• Establish UK data science team and culture. • Operate UK and US teams as one distributed function. • Shape and prioritize team roadmap with stakeholders. • Review technical designs and unblock decisions. • Ensure delivery of reliable production models.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering. • 2+ years managing data scientists or ML engineers. • Experience with early-stage team building. • Strong Python, SQL, and applied ML skills. • Familiarity with production ML systems and engineering rigor.
