About the role
Lead global regulatory strategy for AI/ML-enabled products and software across markets. Collaborate cross-functionally to navigate regulatory risks and bring new capabilities to market responsibly.
What you’ll do
• Own global regulatory strategy for AI/ML and software products. • Advise on emerging AI/ML, digital health, and cybersecurity requirements. • Build regulatory frameworks for AI/ML product changes and monitoring. • Identify regulatory risks and opportunities early. • Monitor global regulatory developments and champion enabling policies.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years in Regulatory Affairs with AI/ML focus. • Experience engaging FDA and international regulators. • Deep knowledge of AI/ML regulatory frameworks and cybersecurity. • Ability to evaluate risk and make practical recommendations. • BSc or MSc in related field; advanced degree or RAC valued.
