Manage Osano's internal IT environment, operations, and technology stack. Improve systems, security, and employee experience while supporting company growth.
What you’ll do
• Own and improve internal IT operations and infrastructure. • Maintain and deliver IT roadmap aligned with growth. • Manage IT budget and vendor relationships. • Lead SOC 2 IT audit evidence and controls. • Partner with teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years IT or technical operations experience. • 1-2 years in lead or managerial role. • Hands-on with IAM, MDM, SAML/SSO, Google Workspace. • Strong scripting and terminal skills. • Focus on security, compliance, and usability.
