About the role
Lead the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay function including procurement operations, accounts payable, supplier onboarding, and payments. Build and manage a team while setting governance and service standards.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end P2P performance and align all towers to one model. • Establish operational governance, policies, controls, and audit readiness. • Ensure accurate processing of requisitions, invoices, and accruals. • Design supplier onboarding and master-data standards. • Manage payment-run integrity and resolve escalated issues.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in P2P or procurement operations with 5+ years managing teams. • Experience with operational governance and SOX compliance. • ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and P2P platforms like Coupa or Ariba. • Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, business, or supply chain. • Preferred certifications: APM, CPSM, CPA or equivalent.
