About the role
Lead value realization efforts within enterprise transformation to define, measure, and manage transformation value. Partner across teams to translate initiatives into measurable business outcomes and support leadership decision-making.
What you’ll do
• Define and evolve value realization approach. • Build frameworks for value identification and tracking. • Develop business cases and benefits models. • Create standards for value definition and tracking. • Support prioritization and sequencing decisions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 7+ years in value realization or related roles. • Strong analytical and modeling skills. • Experience building business cases and executive reporting. • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
