About the role
Lead design and development of mechanical systems and automation for high volume PCB production. Manage projects from concept through mass production for Starlink consumer devices.
What you’ll do
• Design structures, mechanisms, and automation for PCB production. • Own projects from concept to fabrication and production bring-up. • Solve complex problems focusing on speed and efficiency. • Understand PCB manufacturability and assembly constraints. • Coordinate projects with internal teams and external vendors.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering. • 3+ years mechanical design with 3D CAD, FEA, 2D drawing. • Preferred master's degree and structural design experience. • 5+ years custom machine design and electromechanical systems. • Knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
