About the role
Lead development and implementation of manufacturing processes for PCB production at Starlink. Manage projects from design through factory ramp and process optimization.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and equipment. • Analyze production processes using physics-based approach. • Lead Design of Experiments to improve yields. • Develop project plans and cost analysis. • Perform machine activation and testing.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering. • 3+ years experience in fluids or mechanical design. • Preferred master's degree and 5+ years project experience. • Experience with PCB manufacturing processes. • Willingness to travel and work onsite.
